THE brother of international soccer Lionel Messi got a scare Monday night — after his home was shot at.
Matias Messi had his Rosario, Argentina, home “sprayed with bullets” on Monday, reports the Associated Press.
The police say that the shooter used a small-caliber gun to fire at least six bullets at the home. Other reports say the shooter was riding a motorcycle.
Although Matias and his mother, Celia, were in the house during the shooting, no injuries were reported.
Lionel, the reigning two-time FIFA Player of the Year, was not in his native country of Argentina because he was in Spain playing for FC Barcelona.
