When Hillary Scott started planning the sum of her marriage to now-husband Chris Tyrrell, she immediately incited to one of the best names in the spousal robe business: Vera Wang. The Lady Antebellum thespian approached the engineer about a tradition dress, and what resulted was a one-of-a-kind origination that left the bride aglow.
“Hillary was joyous, over the moon,” Wang tells PEOPLE. “And [she was] indeed really fascinated with the thought of a hand-pieced, hand-engineered edging charmer marriage gown.” In fact, the strapless dress featured all-over edging underlay, a layered tulle dress with horsehair banding and a hand-cut corded edging applique with hand-applied crystal-and-pearl beading.

“While the dress was really tailored, the edging work was intensely feminine,” Wang explains.
Scott finished her demeanour with an embroidered, cathedral-length mantilla deceive with hand-cut Chantilly edging applique. “[She was] a contemporary prophesy of a normal bride,” Wang says proudly.
Scott and Tyrrell tied the tangle in upstate New York on Saturday, surrounded by family and tighten friends. Soon after the nuptials, the integrate posted a video to Lady Antebellum’s central website, announcing their standing as father and wife. “We’re so vehement to be starting our life together,” Scott says, “and we just had to let you in on the sparkling news.”
