Kate Beckinsale Drove to New Orleans For Haircut!

KATE Beckinsale takes her work seriously!
The actress has revealed that she went all the way to New Orleans to get her hair done just so she could do a little research for her role as a Southern girl in new movie Contraband.
“They didn’t want my character to have a really strong New Orleans accent but I really wanted to have a kind of flavor of that,” says Kate.
“So I made a little trip out in New Orleans and met some women who were actually hairdressers, which is my character’s job. So I studied them and talked to them and looked at how they were talking.
“I always enjoy that part of a role, where you get to research it and live in it a bit. I always enjoy doing research like that.”
