Charlize Theron’s mother Gerda and her 6-month-old son Jackson were seen together visiting the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France on Wednesday (May 9). The family arrived in the city on Monday. The doting grandmother had photos taken of her and the baby – proudly carrying him during poses.
Charlize was probably off promoting her newest film Snow White and the Huntsman.
In an interview with MTV – she replied to a question asking if she had fun “diva-ing out” for her role as Evil Queen Ravenna.
What do you mean, ‘for a change’? God, yeah. That’s the tricky thing of the movie: Finding that line that you can walk where you’re not going into camp-ville and you’re also not going into ‘please take me serious Marlon Brando acting-ville.’ I did enjoy just screaming at people. I screamed so much at people, I tore a stomach muscle, which I had never heard of that before.”
She also recently told US Weekly how she hopes to be like her mom.
She shared, “[I hope] to be like my mom. Fair, tough, loving and supportive. My mom has made it possible for me to be who I am. Our family is everything. Her greatest skill was encouraging me to find my own person and own independence.”
