On Saturday, the couple went for a motorcycle ride together on separate bikes before their scheduled performance in Deadwood, S.D. Moser collided with an oncoming vehicle and was transported to a local hospital, where he is being treated for serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Judd was not involved in the accident.
“The outpouring of prayer and support from friends, family and fans has been a blessing to both Cactus and I. Cactus is a champion. I love him deeply and I will not leave his side,” Judd said in a statement released Sunday.
Judd, 48, and Moser, 55, exchanged vows in June during a ceremony at the singer’s home in Tennessee.
The singer has postponed her scheduled concerts in Canada.
