Lauren Conrad: ‘I’m Not Worried About The Birth’

Mom-to-be Lauren Conrad covers the July issue of Parents and opens up about expecting her first child – a boy – with husband William Tell.

On trying to plan her pregnancy: “I tried to plan my pregnancy down to the month. My first lesson about motherhood was that you can’t plan everything.”

On her nursery style: “I’m struggling to design a nursery for a person I don’t know yet! I’ll build a bedroom theme as I get to know my kid.”

On what kind of mother she’ll be: “In my mind, I’m making organic fresh purees for my child. But the reality may not look that way.”

On the birth “I’m not worried about the pain that comes with giving birth. Maybe I’m just naïve, but it’s pretty low on my list of concerns.”
