It seems former reality television star Kate Gosselin‘s eight children – 11-year-old twins Cara and Mady and 8-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel – are missing being part of the limelight.

“They really honestly miss filming,” Kate shares in a recent (May 21) appearance on the Today show. “They’ve been saying, ‘When are we going to go here or there? We miss the crew.’”

Although their contract is over, Kate hints that there may be ideas for another show brewing.

“We’re hoping to move forward and do more projects,” she reveals. “Fans are begging [to see more]. ‘They’ve grown up, they turned eight. What are you doing [now]?’”

So how the eight munchkins doing?

“Everyone is excelling school across the board,” the proud mom gushes. “We’ve had a great school year.”

Although the family wouldn’t mind more time in the spotlight, Kate claims that everyone is fairly content with life at home. Even things with her ex-husband Jon Gosselin are going well.

“He’s really been positive and more available,” Kate says of her former spouse. “[Jon] is working with me and the kids notice it. I’ve always wanted that peace for them . . .and we’re finally to a point where it’s happening.”

It’s no surprise that Nashville Predators center Mike Fisher, 31, and his country crooning wife Carrie Underwood, 29, want to start a family one day but judging by their recent interview on Oprah’s Next Chapter, one could say that the couple cannot decide on the number of little ones they want.

During the interview, Carrie reveals that although her Canadian born husband grew up with “three siblings, I think two is a good number to have.”

“We’ll see,” she adds. “We’ll cross that bridge. I don’t want too many.”

Mike insists he’d be happy with “two or three” kids but his wife playfully jokes that typically, “he’s like, ‘I want seven!’”

Although the couple don’t have immediate plans to start a family, Carrie has no question that her husband of nearly two years “is going to be the best dad ever, and that makes the whole parent situation seem much better.”

The Blown Away singer also admits that she still “can’t believe” she’s off the market.

“Sometimes I still have those moments where I can’t believe I’m married,” Carrie admits. “I spent 27 years not being married and I kind of got used to it but now, the more I do it, the more I’m able to think more of ‘we.’”

We absolutely hate perpetuating catfight rumors around here. The idea that women inherently hate each other makes us crazy. But for weeks now, we’ve been hearing stuff about Beyonce dissing her husband’s friend’s girlfriend, Kim Kardashian. To the point that we don’t think we can just stick our fingers in our ears and pretend that nothing’s happening there. Even if we hope that’s still the case. What happened is this: Jay-Z’s best friend TyTy‘s birthday party was in London over the weekend, and, according to MediaTakeout, when Beyonce heard that Kanye West was bringing his new ladyfriend along, she fought with Hov to try to get Kim uninvited. And when that didn’t work, she refused to come.

Any truth to this? Well, we do know that Kimye, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Rita Ora and others were all photographed leaving a private party at DSTRKT club in London on Saturday night. Beyonce was nowhere in sight. You know what else we know? That Beyonce has a 5-month-old baby at home and a major three-night concert gig in Atlantic City coming up on Memorial Day. So maybe, just maybe, jetting off to London didn’t seem like the most important use of her time.

Last week, a source told the New York Daily News that Kim is dying to be friends with the Queen Bey. “Kim wants to travel everywhere with Kanye, but she’s also trying to do whatever she can to get close to Beyonce.” But other gossips are saying that Beyonce wants nothing to do with the reality-TV star. “Beyonce doesn’t want to bring that reality show infamy and drama into a personal life that Beyonce has tried to keep close to her,” someone told HollywoodLife.com.

That’s all uncorroborated, of course, so we hardly know what to believe. Still, this is the only photo we have of Kim and Bey in the same room together, at the Vera Wang Spring 2012 runway show in New York last September. Same front row, worlds apart.

As a former reality star and Whitney Houston‘s on-again, off-again boyfriend, rapper Ray J is undoubtedly used to his fair share of drama. That being say, we doubt he often finds himself dealing with drama this…unseemly. According to TMZ, Ray J and Houston’s family allegedly almost got into a brawl at the Billboard Music Awards last night after Pat Houston demanded that security remove Whitney’s ex from his seat. Brandy‘s brother refused to move, and it wasn’t until security pointed out that any kind of physical fight would end up on TV that Pat Houston reluctantly retracted her demand. Jeez. Makes Ray J’s DIY porn stardom with Kim Kardashian look downright dignified, doesn’t it?

So why was Whitney’s sister-in-law/manager so determined to get Ray J kicked out of the event, which included a tribute to the late, great singer by Jordin Sparks? Allegedly Pat and the family hold Ray J somewhat responsible for Whitney’s drug abuse. Earlier this spring, Ray J found himself dodging accusations from Bobby Brown’s sister Leorah Brown, who claimed that he was Houston’s “runner boy” and provided singer with cocaine, a drug that played a significant role in her drowning death. “Pat ruined what was a great opportunity to honor the woman who I loved,” Ray J allegedly complained to friends after the awards show was over. No, no, no, an insane televised fistfight would have ruined the opportunity. This just makes everyone feel like they need to take a shower…
