NFL Legend Junior Seau Found Dead Of Suspected Suicide
We aren’t typically the most sports-oriented blog, but we think everyone has to give pause when a massive talent passes on. According to TMZ, retired NFL star Junior Seau was tragically found dead in his California home of a suspected suicide earlier today. According to a representative from the Oceanside Police Department, Seau was discovered by his girlfriend. After a 911 call was placed around 10:00am this morning, authorities allegedly found the former linebacker dead of a gunshot wound.
Seau spent most of his career playing for the San Diego Chargers, leaving the team after twelve years to joint the Miami Dolphins and finally the New England Patriots. Junior retired in 2010, and leaves behind three children. “I’m going to go surf. Whatever happens, I can say, honestly say, that that probably was my last game,” Seau told Showtime after announcing his retirement. “Everyone at the Chargers is in complete shock and disbelief right now,” said Seau’s former team in a statement, “We ask everyone to stop what they’re doing and send their prayers to Junior and his family.” Our thoughts go out to Seau’s family, and all the fans he thrilled in his 19-year-long career.

Eli Manning: Life’s A Beach
New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning was spotted enjoying a Miami, Florida beach with his wife Abby and the couple’s 1-year-old daughter Ava on Monday (April 2).
The 31-year-old athlete carried his baby girl on his shoulders as he made his way down the shore. Eli and Abby were also snapped enjoying some pool time with their smiley little one – who recently celebrated her first birthday. Judging by the discoloration and scratches near Ava’s right eye, it seems the tot must have suffered a fall or bumped into something.
Eli won the Most Valuable Player award in Super Bowl XLII in 2008 after leading the NY Giants to victory over the previously undefeated New England Patriots. On February 5, 2012 he led his team to victory in Super Bowl XLVI – a rematch with the Patriots – in which he again won MVP honors and also set a new Super Bowl record with nine consecutive completions to start the game.
Eli is one of five quarterbacks who have won multiple Super Bowl MVP awards.

Karina Smirnoff may have a mirror-ball prize and a dream pursuit on Dancing with the Stars, but she still has a birthday wish.
“All we wish for my birthday is for Tim Tebow to dance on Dancing with the Stars,” she said Saturday, not prolonged after Tebow and his Broncos group were suspended from the NFL playoffs by Tom Brady and his Patriots. “Tim is a really gifted athlete, that was transparent when we saw his opening this past deteriorate with Denver.”
Celebrating her 34th birthday in Las Vegas, the newly singular Dancing champ began at Sugar Factory and was assimilated quickly by associate pro Mark Ballas, who had just finished adult his duties as a decider at the Miss America pageant.
Later, she danced the night divided at Gallery Nightclub with several friends. Of course, in the subsequent deteriorate of the Dancing with the Stars, she’s anticipating to have a football-playing partner.
“He can run, jump, pass, chuck touchdowns,” she told PEOPLE. “All [that] is blank is to see if he has the dance skills. That would make him an all around contestant and someone that we would love to dance with on the show.”

Kim Kardashian Threatens To Sue Bret Lockett Over Affair Allegations
Kim Kardashian may just sue Brett Lockett if he doesn’t stop talking about their alleged affair, which also involves her supposedly cheating on Kris Humphries, her fiance. In Touch even ran a cover story about their apparent hook-up, and Kimmy’s hopping mad to them too! She’s sent the magazine a letter telling them to quit publishing the story or else she’ll sue because, as Kim’s reps keep saying, she’s never met or spoken to Brett, who happens to be Tom Brady’s team mate on the New England Patriots. He on the other hand, was quoted in the story to have said, “I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does. She pursued me.” and is ready to present concrete proof that Kim is lying.
What’s Kris take on this, is what we want to know. Kim’s very much wearing her huge engagement ring, as seen in this photograph taken at LAX yesterday so it seems they’re presenting a untied front. Kim’s also sent a cease and desist letter to Brett now, telling him to quit talking about her cheating on Kris with him. She also wants him to admit he’s been lying or else it’s off to court! Her lawyer Michael Kump has said, “To put it very plainly and clearly, and as Mr. Lockett knows, there is not now, and never has been such a relationship. Ms. Kardashian does not know and has never even met Mr. Lockett.” So’s who’s telling the truth and who’s lying? What do you think?
