Most people think of Patti Smith as a punk legend. Based on who she’s imagined playing herself and late photographer Robert Mapplethorpe in a biopic, she would also make an utterly magnificent casting director. “I remember the very first time I saw Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson together, when they were younger, and I thought, ‘Those two kids could have easily played us when they were first starting,’ ” the singer told Entertainment Weekly. “There’s something in his eyes. And Robert [Mapplethorpe] was also a bit shy, and a bit stoic. Kristen has a very special quality. She’s not conventionally beautiful, but very charismatic.” Uh, we don’t know if we would really characterize Kristen as either, but either way we love this casting call. Leather jackets, soulful longing, starving artistry: This is all we want to see Rob and Kristen do, forever. Let’s get these kids back to their roots! And by roots, we mean heaving sighs!
Smith is currently working on the film adaptation of her memoir Just Kids with Oscar nominated Hugo screenwriter John Logan. If Kristen is otherwise disposed, Patti has some other starlets in mind. “I love Mia Wasikowka. I love the girl who plays Hannah – Saoirse Ronan,” Smith raved. “She’s brilliant. The depth of that girl.” Despite her rave review for Stewart, Patti is also considering giving what would be a career-making role to a yet unknown actress. “Robert and I were very young. We were 20. We were unknowns, and I think it should be unknowns in the film, and young,” she muses. Oh, come on! Don’t dangle a brooding KStew and RPattz in front of our noses, then yank them away. Think of all the sulking! The sulking, Patti! Do you want your biopic done right, or don’t you?

We didn’t realize we’d been holding our breath until we read this line — “I’ve just had the opportunity to see the finished film of The Hunger Games. I’m really happy with how it turned out.” — and let out a sigh of relief. Author Suzanne Collins had a whole lot of other nice things to say about the movie on the official Hunger Games Facebook page today.
“The film opens up the world beyond Katniss’ point of view, allowing the audience access to the happenings of places like the Hunger Games control room and President Snow’s rose garden, thereby adding a new dimension to the story,” Collins wrote, calling the film “faithful” and “complementary” to her books. “It’s amazing to see things that are suggested in the book fully developed and so brilliantly realized through the artistry of the designers.”
She goes on to praise the cast as well. “And, my God, the actors. The cast, led by the extraordinary Jennifer Lawrence, is absolutely wonderful across the board. It’s such a pleasure to see how they’ve embodied the characters and brought them to life.”
This is all making it much easier to obey the order we received from Seneca Crane this morning, commanding us to pre-order our movie tickets already. Some of you lucky folks live in one of the 24 cities holding advance screenings, courtesy of Barnes & Noble’s Nook. In this slightly complicated contest, fans have to tweet their city’s special hashtag and then the top four most-tweeted-about cities will be “unlocked” so that people can enter to win tickets for the screening. Harumph. New York is left out of this. What are we, District 13, over here?

KIRSTEN Dunst hates the red carpet!
The actress told Lucky magazine that she doesn’t like having her photo taken when she attends events.
“I hate red-carpet photographs! It’s such flat lighting! They take away my cheekbones — I just become a moonface,” she said.
“I hate those photos so much. I always look terrible. And they don’t know angles on faces. There is no artistry to it. I hate them!”
Dunst recently discovered spray tans.
“You lose like five pounds immediately, and your face is glowing and gorgeous!” she said.
“I look amaziiiiiiing! I did it for my last movie. Then Isla saw me and was like, ‘I’m gonna get spray-tanned too!’ I only did it twice so I’m tan in like two scenes and super-pale in the rest of the film.”

She’s the kind of actress who takes her craft quite seriously, believing recognition for her artistry is paramount..But while Avatar Zoe Saldana is usually quite the serious type, she let herself go a little last night as she stepped out in a rather daring dress. The 33-year-old starlet took the plunge in a stunning gladiator-style dress, which was slit almost down to her navel, at the Miami premiere of her new film, Colombiana.Below is her few latest pic em..i really like her smile so sweet and nice, hope you guy give some comment.
