Ugly Betty actress Ashley Jensen was photographed enjoying a leisurely day at the Bronson Canyon Park in Hollywood, Calif. on Saturday (February 11) with her adorable 2-year-old son Francis.

The 42-year-old Scottish star – who married hubby Terence Beesley in 2007 – was joined by a few pals as they played and frolicked in the park. Ashley looked great donning a knitted hat, a scarf, and a pair of skinny pants and little Francis looked sweet sporting a cap, a multi-colored striped top and is that Oscar the Grouch on his shoes?

Ashley has talked about her personal struggles about making the decision to relocate to the states.

“I got the job on Ugly Betty and thought it was filming in New York,: the Hysteria star admits. “When they said it was in LA – to be honest, my heart sank. I’d been here for the pilot season and my husband and I had felt, ‘Oh, we’re not connecting with this place.’ And then it was like, “Holy moly we’re going to have to move to LA.”

“For the first few years I felt a real disconnect from it,” she adds “A lot of that was to do with just being a bit frightened of it.”

Although she feels happily settled now, there is still one thing that actress misses from the UK.

“A decent cup of tea,” she laughs. “You know when they bring you a cup of hot water and the tea bag on the side? Warm, watery milk with your tea bag on the side so it doesn’t stew properly! Oh dearie me.”
