The Hills alum, 31, and her pro BMX dirt bike rider fiancé welcomed their first child – daughter Kirra Max Bohan – on Friday (June 24), PEOPLE reports.
The newborn weighed in at 8 lbs., 4 oz.
“She’s perfectly healthy and Mom is doing great,” her rep tells the mag.
Patridge and Bohan – who were engaged in November – announced their pregnancy news in December.
Prior to the birth, the reality star admitted she was “a little scared” about the delivery.
“I’m definitely delivering in a hospital,” she shared. “I’ve had friends who’ve gone without drugs and they’ve said it’s super painful but they’d never do it any other way. Meanwhile, my sister Casey, who has two kids, had an epidural both times and she made childbirth look easy. I’m not sure which route I want to take yet. Either way, I’m a little scared. All I know is, the moment I feel my first contraction, I’m going to the doctor. I want to be in the hospital bed, relaxing, with my lavender-oil diffuser set up.”
The Academy Award-winning actor, 34, and his wife have welcomed their first child – daughter Iris Mary Redmayne – on Wednesday (June 15), The Times reports.
Before the birth, The Danish Girl actor was excited about the impending surprise delivery.
“I’m excited,” Redmayne told PEOPLE of being a first-time father. “But I don’t think it’s sunk in yet. We just bought our first baby book. So there’s the first step. We’re waiting to find out [the gender]. We want to be surprised. It will be a big surprise either way! I figure part of it I’ll get from the book and part will be just instinct.”
The couple’s pregnancy news was announced in December.
The former first daughter, 36, and her husband welcomed their second child – son Aidan Clinton Mezvinsky – on Saturday, June 18, she announced via Twitter.

Aidan joins 20-month-old big sister Charlotte.
Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton and her husband, former president Bill Clinton, also confirmed the news in a statement.
