TOM Cruise is gearing up for a fight.

Although he has agreed a divorce settlement with wife Katie Holmes, sources say the actor is still fuming over Katie’s betrayal and gearing up for the real fight — a no-holds barred battle against Katie for the soul of their daughter.

“Tom will do whatever it takes to make sure he come out on top,” a source told America’s Star magazine.

“Everything is going on the line — the homes, the jets, the money in the bank. He’s worth $250 million, and he’s made it clear that he’s willing to spend every last cent fighting for Suri.”

Meanwhile, reports claim Tom is planning to buy a new private jet for flights between L.A. and New York so that he can spend as much time with the adorable tot as possible.

“He would make it very kid-friendly inside so she could enjoy the trip, and it would be on standby 24/7,” a source said.

“The jet alone is going to set him back at least $50 million, not to mention the fuel and insurance. But Tom doesn’t care at all.

“He will spare no expense on Suri. When it comes to spoiling her rotten, no one can do it like Tom. You better believe that will be a part of his game plan.”
