It seems the ugly custody battle between Frasier alum Kelsey Grammer, 56, and his ex-wife Camille Grammer, 43, has come to an amicable end.

Us Weekly reports that according to court documents, the case has been officially taken off the calendar and Kelsey and Camille have agreed to joint custody of their two children Mason, 10, and Jude, 7.

The kids will continue living with Camille in her Los Angeles home but Kelsey – who is expecting twins with wife Kayte Walsh, 31 – will maintain “meaningful contact” with them.

Despite their ugly custody war, Camille is still hanging onto her ex’s last name – for the sake of her children.

“Our children are Grammers, and it’s easier to keep the Grammer last name because of our children,” Camille explains on The Wendy Williams Show.

Currently, Camille is dating bankruptcy lawyer Dimitri Charalambopoulos, 35.
