Happy Birthday to Suri Cruise!

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes‘ little girl is turning 7 today (April 18), and her Top Gun papa was sure to celebrate his daughter’s special day.

The Ovlivion star called into Ryan Seacrest‘s KIIS-FM radio show and chatted about his birthday girl.

“Done already. All done,” Tom said of Suri’s birthday party. “I take care of the kids early. You’ll know — you have to plan ahead for these things. It’s all done and all celebrated.”

While he remained mum on the details, he was sure to mention one sweet detail.

“I’ll eat cake, cupcakes,” he shared. “I eat all that stuff!”

Suri’s home base is with Katie in New York City. Tom is also dad to Isabella, 20, and Connor, 18, with ex-wife Nicole Kidman.

Is there a star who loves his fans more than Tom Cruise?

The 50-year-old actor spent a whopping three-plus hours fist-bumping, snapping pictures and high-fiving the massive crowd that assembled on Hollywood Boulevard Wednesday night for the L.A. premiere of his new sci-fi film, Oblivion.

But while he happily chatted with fans, the megastar – who, contrary to reports, did not talk about his 2012 divorce from Katie Holmes in a German magazine this week – smoothly deflected a question about whether he is open to finding love again.

“Right now, all I’m thinking about is Oblivion!” he told PEOPLE.

The film is yet another physically rigorous role for the daredevil actor, who says that during shooting in Iceland he often got only one or two hours of sleep per night.

His secret to staying in top form? “No sleep, and focus, and work your ass off!” he said with a laugh. “It’s also that I get to do something I love to do.”

As for how he would feel if his nearly-7-year-old daughter, Suri, decided to follow her parents into showbiz, “All of my kids, each one will do what they’re going to do,” he said, “and I’ll support them in whatever it is they want.”

The actress — who recently split from boyfriend Ryan Seacrest — wants to date her Rock of Ages costar Tom Cruise.

“Julianne has been combing through scripts for movie projects that would reunite her with Tom because there was major chemistry between the two on Rock of Ages,” a source said.

When filming the rock musical, Julianne, 24, was still hot and heavy with Idol host Seacrest. Cruise was still married to Katie Holmes, although she filed for divorce just 14 days after the movie’s release on June 15, 2012.

Sources say Julianne has always carried a torch for Tom, but starring with him in a musical had her swooning.

“Musical theater is her passion, and she finds it incredibly sexy that Cruise can sing and dance with ease,” said the source.

“After separating from Ryan, she started planning a way of getting back with Tom for another musical.

“She believes that she and Tom are destined to be the ultimate Hollywood power couple. Don’t be surprised if they are spotted out together in the very near future.”
