Kelsey Grammar and wife Kayte Walsh take daughter Faith and baby son Kelsey out for a stroll in NYC

Frasier star Kelsey Grammer and wife Kayte stepped out for a stroll with their two children – daughter Faith, 2, and son Gabriel, 2 months – in New York City last week.

While their daughter took a ride in the stroller, the couple’s newborn son rested in the baby carrier worn by mom.

The actor, 59 – who is also dad to Spencer, 30, Greer, 22, Mason, 12, and Jude, 9 – announced Gabriel’s birth on July 22.

“Our son will be called Gabriel as there is a tradition in our family of going by our middle names,” Kelsey, whose full name is Allen Kelsey Grammer, shares. “We are blessed and excited to have this lovely young man join our family — he is magnificent!”

The Cheers alum will be producing the upcoming E! News reality show starring Christina Milian. The show will document the singer’s life as she juggles her career and motherhood.

Sue Wong Birthday Celebration and LA Unveiling of Fall 2013 Great Gatsby CollectionKELSEY Grammer has shot a cameo as Beast in the newest X-Men film, Days of Future Past.

The Frasier star played the role in 2006′s X-Men: The Last Stand.

“Producers had the brilliant idea to bring back Kelsey for Days of Future Past,” an insider said.

“It wasn’t hard to get him to sign on for a guest appearance. He jumped at the opportunity the second it was brought to his attention.

The X-Men: First Class sequel takes place in the not so distant future, with the X-Men trying to change history by sending Wolverine back in time.

Their goal is to stop an event that results in disaster for both the mutants and humans in the future, and Kelsey will appear as an alternate adult Beast toward the end of the film.

“Kelsey’s special cameo was secretly shot during post-production on the Fox lot under the impression that Kelsey would be on set to film a pilot for a different project,” the insider said.

X-Men: Days of Future Past – which also stars Jennifer Lawrence, Hugh Jackman and more — will hit theaters on May 23, 2014.

Their mile-wide grins said it all.

Last Friday, Seth Knox and Kelsey Roeser, two 18-year-olds with autism, were named homecoming king and queen at Tri-West High School in Lizton, Ind.

Knox had nearly 100 percent of the votes while Roeser had 80 percent, says Camille Dorrell, the teacher who counted the votes.

“I cried,” she tells PEOPLE. “I was just amazed our student body could have done this out of the kindness of their hearts.”

They are both “very outgoing and eager to please,” says Dorrell, who teaches them skills like cleaning and cooking.

“Seth loves music,” she says. “His favorite song is ‘We Are Family.’ Kelsey loves Justin Bieber, One Direction and Disney princesses.”

Their fellow seniors were equally excited for the pair, who have gone to school with them since kindergarten.

“Every single day I walk into the room and Seth is singing a song,” Student Body President Kirsten Keers told the Indianapolis TV station.

“And it doesn’t matter if you are having a bad day or a good day,” said Keers, 18. “He’s going to make you smile.”

Roeser is equally sweet, she said.

“Kelsey is going to come up to you and give you a hug,” she said, “or try and talk to you and hold your hand.”

The school has two homecomings – one in the fall for football and one in February for basketball. The couple was crowned at halftime.

Afterward, Knox said he liked it “a lot” while Roeser said it made her “happy.” Their mothers were equally touched.

“When he first started school, I worried about the bullying and all that stuff,” Angie Jones, Knox’s mother, told the TV station. “It didn’t turn out like that. Everybody loves him.”

Roeser’s mother, Jolene, fought off tears.

“For this group of kids to accept these special-needs kids,” she said, “you can’t put that into words, what that means as a parent.”

Justin Bieber Arrest — Latest About His Legal Woes

Posted by Adam

JUSTIN Bieber has been a bad, bad boy.

The singer was arrested in Miami Beach early Thursday in connection with DUI and drag racing.

The 19-year-old was departing from a club behind the wheel of a rented yellow Lamborghini, when police apprehended him at Pine Tree Drive and 26th Street on suspicion of drag racing.

When he was taken into custody at 4:30 a.m., an incoherent Bieber, 19, kept his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence.

Police insiders say Bieber told officers he’d consumed a beer, anti-depressants, and had been smoking marijuana nonstop. Tests showed that Bieber — who earlier flunked a field sobriety test — was determined to be under the influence of drugs.

Meanwhile, Bieber has hired the famed Florida attorney Roy Black in a bid to beat his DUI charge — the same man who is best known for gaining an acquittal of William Kennedy Smith on charges of rape and for his representation of conservative radio commentator Rush Limbaugh on charges he misused the prescription painkiller OxyContin.

Black has also represented Kelsey Grammar, racer Helio Castroneves and Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis in the past.

He’ll work with the 19-year-old pop star’s Los Angeles based lawyer Howard Weitzman and Miami criminal defense attorney Howard Srebnick.
