The adorable 1-year-old was carried by dad instead of being pushed in her stroller.

The former Real Housewives of New York City star hasn’t been getting any shut eye recently because their little one is growing new teeth.

Tina Fey and 9-week-old daughter Penelope Athena enjoyed a good New York City tour this week – one precinct north of 30 Rock.

Fey, 41, was speckled Monday with Penelope, innate Aug. 10, and her elder daughter Alice, 6, holding a wander around the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx.

It’s the initial print of Penelope in public.

Fey primarily agonized about carrying a second child, but has said that she and father Jeff Richmond “decided that we felt rather than risk carrying 30 Rock end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing, that we were going to prioritize our family.”

Jane Krakowski‘s favorite fragrance? Baby.

“My new favorite smell is new baby smell. It makes me so happy. If someone could bottle that, I’d love to have it,”  the 30 Rock star — mom to son Bennett Robert – told reporters Thursday at Sephora’s Sensorium eventuality in New York City.

“[I'm] kind of vacant sometimes, with some of the scents that come from my son,” jokes Krakowski, 42.

“It’s funny — when it’s your child, those things don’t smell bad.”

And Bennett, now 5 months, is assembly all his milestones. “He can poo, he can leap and he’s teething, all right on target,” the singer says proudly.

Meanwhile Krakowski and associate new mom Tina Fey are behind to work on Season 5 of 30 Rock. And it must be going good — Says the star, “I smell syndication!”
