HARRY Styles and his One Direction bandmates — Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson — stepped out for the New York City premiere of their movie, This Is Us, on Monday night.
Billed as an intimate all-access look at life on the road for the global music phenomenon, This Is Us follows the lives of the fivesome.
Containing live concert footage from London’s O2 Arena, the film contains footage from their lives pre- and post-X Factor appearance, and will give their fans insight into the preparation for their concerts and ultimately what it is like to be One Direction.
It hits American movie theaters on August 30, 2013.
Meanwhile, Harry admits giving a speech in front of his friends and family at his mum’s wedding was the most nerve-wracking experience that he’s ever faced.
The 19-year-old One Direction star — who was best man at the ceremony — suffered from stage fright before standing up in front of just 100 people at the small restaurant in the quaint town of Congleton, Cheshire back in June.
“I did give a speech and I can honestly say it was the most nerve-wracking thing I’ve ever done,” Harry said.
“I practiced on my own for days beforehand, on the sofa reciting it to myself. I tried to make it have a bit of everything.
“When everyone thought it was going to be really emotional, I pulled the rug out from under everyone’s feet and injected a bit of humor. It seemed to go well.”
