The 50-year-old star — who split from husband Ashton Kutcher last year — is flying to Miami with 26-year-old boyfriend Vito Schnabel, the art dealer son of star painter Julian, where he is hosting a lavish party this week.

According to the New York Post, Vito is hosting an exclusive Dom Perignon party on Thursday at the Wall nightclub in South Beach, as part of the prestigious ‘Basel’ art show.

The pair first got together earlier last month at Naomi Campbell‘s 50th birthday party for her boyfriend Vladimir Doronin in Jodhpur, India.

Since the party, the couple has been “quietly spending time together”.

Reports say the millionaire pop diva , 53, is considering a proposal from her toyboy lover Brahim Zaibat.

Zaibat popped the question at a Kabbalah center in New York three weeks ago.

“Brahim asked Madonna to marry him at the center a few weeks ago, but Madonna hasn’t given him an answer yet. She doesn’t want to rush into anything,” a source said.

“She is very happy with Brahim, although her friends are not sure she is ready for marriage again.

“That said, Madonna has a real fear of being on her own. It’s a major issue for her, and she loves having a man in her life who is young and makes her feel young.”

Madonna divorced Guy Ritchie, her third husband, in 2008.
