Looking back over the years of Nicole Kidman’s impressive acting career and closely followed love interests, we can see how many times she’s changed roles, husbands and hometowns. We can also, for better or worse, see a definite evolution of her face. When she broke into the industry at the ripe age of 16, the Australian actress had more of a quirky girl-next-door look, with those red curls and that open face. As her hair has become sleeker and blonder, she seemed to be waging war against any kind of
After continuously boasting that her face was “completely natural,” Nicole finally admitted to using Botox in an interview with German TV Movie magazine in 2011. “I even tried Botox but I didn’t like how my face looked afterwards. Now I don’t use it any more –– and I can move my forehead again.” OK, we’re not sure how that explains her continued lack of wrinkles, but maybe she’s discovered some other beauty secret not yet available to regular folks?
Whatever is the case with her new face, Nicole is still definitely killing it, recently playing alongside hot co-stars like Zac Efron, Matthew McConaughey and Clive Owen. Efron did tell reporters of his role in The Paperboy, which made quite a, um, splash at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival that doing love scenes with Nicole Kidman “was the highlight of my life.” Meanwhile, she’s got a happy home life, with hubby Keith Urban and their two young daughters. All teasing aside, we’d like to wish Nicole a happy 45th birthday today, and hope for many more interesting pics of her to come!

ZAC Efron is back on the market.
Us Weekly reports that the actor has split from girlfriend Lily Collins.
“They’re no longer together,” a source said.
“They were never serious, though; it was just a casual thing and it fizzled.
“They were never in the same place at the same time.
“Zac was never very serious about her. He didn’t talk about her to friends.
“It’s true that their schedules are crazy right now, which isn’t conducive to a relationship being easy.”

John Mayer is known for controversial comments in interviews as they pertain to women and ex-girlfriends. How ironic, then, that his feelings were hurt over Taylor Swift’s “Dear John” from the 2010 Speak Now album. Two years later, John tells Rolling Stone magazine that he was “humiliated” by his rumored ex’s song. Even after Mayer’s low-key hiatus after he divulged troubling information about his sexual desires in Playboy two years ago, we see he hasn’t learned Rihanna’s tactic of not answering certain questions that may cause a stir.
In the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone, Mayer says Swift’s song made him feel terrible. “I didn’t deserve it. I’m pretty good at taking accountability now, and I never did anything to deserve that,” Mayer told the magazine. “It was a really lousy thing for her to do.” Pot, meet kettle, John. Taylor addressed Mayer hurting her through a song, you know, like most musicians do. She sings, “Dear John, I see it all, now it was wrong / Don’t you think 19 is too young to be played by your dark twisted games, when I loved you so?” Mayer doesn’t appreciate the song on a personal or professional level, and finally decided to speak up. “I was really caught off-guard, and it really humiliated me at a time when I’d already been dressed down,” he said. “I mean, how would you feel if, at the lowest you’ve ever been, someone kicked you even lower?”
As if expressing his hurt feelings wasn’t enough, he goes on to attack Swift as an artist. “I will say as a songwriter that I think it’s kind of cheap songwriting,” he said. Oh, Johnny boy. There’s a perfect quote quite suitable for this situation: “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.” Looks like karma turned out to be a beautiful country singer by the name of Taylor Swift.

Not counting every second of The Avengers, we have a sneaking suspicion that Nicole Kidman going number one on Zac Efron is going to be our number one movie moment of the summer. See what we did there? According to the film’s director Lee Daniels, however, he almost chickened out and yanked the Oscar-winners’ (non-sexual) golden shower moment out of fear. “I got nervous at the end, after we shot it,” Daniels told GQ. “Right before I sent it off to Cannes, I called Nicole at three in the morning. I said, ‘Nicole, I can’t do it, I’ve gone too far. I can’t put that scene in the movie.’” Man, if Nicole Kidman had a million dollars for every time a nervous Less Daniels called her in the middle of the night to talk about peeing on Zac Efron…oh, wait a minute, she does!
Luckily for us, Kidman wasn’t about to let a little thing like social decorum or sheer grossness stand in the way of cinematic greatness. “‘Lee, you made me pee on Zac Efron, ” Kidman allegedly admonished him. “[I]f you don’t put that in the movie, you’re out of your freakin’ mind. I did it! I did it!’” Of course she did! She’s an Academy Award-winning actress! Kidman had better at least win a Golden Globe for this, is all we’re saying. If not for her commitment, then at least for all the puns!
